Survival games

Resident Evil is a type of the survival game but about the game later...

not so long ago my boss and I were wondering about a good horror/survival game. since the new Nightmare on the Elm street is in the production we thought about the move where you are Freddy. you are the mastermind behind best scenarios of the deadly dreams where you scare, attack and eventually kill terrified teenagers. this would be really cool don't ya think?

I'm too cowardly to be that kind of character. If I only imagine myself alone, in dark, rusty room, sneaking to scary/kill someone, I'm frightened to death :)

I remember several years ago (I was mabye ~20 years old), my parents went away for 2 weeks and I borrowed Sony Playstation from my cousin. One evening I sat on the couch in the center of dark room and started playing SILENT HILL. Holy shit... I had to make a little breaks every 10 minutes, because of my heart rate. I finally finished that game, but it took me long time and I believe those 2 weeks made me 1 year older :)

Really - I leave scary things for others.

:) that's funny:) i mean it was not funny for you at that time:P

Silent Hill is amazing!
I also watched my husband play Doom - this is creepy as well.

I am planning to purchase Resident Evil 5. i love the idea of multi play and together waisting the zombies:)

Kasia: maybe "funny" isn't a good word for description feeling from SilentHill gameplay. But I don't think it was wasted time. I love this game and I finished it several times. There was something 'magnetic' is SH, that forced me to back and play further. I had similar feeling at the beginning of BIOSHOCK - it was scary, but I coudn't stop playing.

I didn't play RE5, but I've read something about it and it's more slashing zombies than feeling anxiety and fear.
